Your journey in Florence begins the moment you arrive. With our dedicated welcome and accompaniment service, we greet you upon arrival and walk you to your new home, providing a comprehensive orientation on house guidelines and how all the technical features of your apartment work, so you can settle in with complete confidence.

You will live in the heart of Florence’s exclusive UNESCO World Heritage historic center. Your personal space features a comfortable single bed within a shared room, thoughtfully furnished with a wardrobe and study desk. Beyond your bedroom, the apartment offers a welcoming common living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. To ensure maximum comfort from day one, every residence comes equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and two sets of bed linens.

Halfway through your stay, we take care of the details with a scheduled mid-term cleaning, during which we collect your first set of bed linens and provide you with a fresh second set. Throughout your entire semester abroad, the RES Florence team remains by your side, ready to offer ongoing support for any need that may arise or to provide prompt technical assistance for your apartment.
